1. Protection of Your Data (GDPR)

We respect your privacy. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data controller is the owner of the Bleeper.eu service.

2. What Data Do We Collect?

• Account data: email address, first and last name (obtained from your Google account during registration powered by Clerk).
• File data: Audio and video files uploaded for processing, as well as metadata about duration and parameters.
• Payment data: We do not store your credit card details. All transactions are securely processed by a third-party provider (Stripe).

3. Multimedia File Processing

Your audio and video files are uploaded to secure cloud infrastructure for processing by artificial intelligence algorithms. You have full control over your files — clicking "Delete" in the dashboard permanently removes input files, output files, and transcriptions from our database servers and disk storage (R2 Bucket).

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

To properly deliver our services, we share necessary data with the following entities:

• Clerk: User authentication and account management.
• Stripe: Subscription and payment processing.
• Cloudflare / Supabase: Secure data storage and database hosting.
• GPU server providers: Temporary processing of audio/video files in the cloud without using your materials for AI model training.

5. Your Rights
