Bleeper Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the Bleeper.eu application. By registering an account and using our services (including uploading audio/video files), you accept the following conditions.

2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Algorithms

Bleeper uses advanced machine learning (AI) models for transcription and profanity detection. The user acknowledges and accepts that:

• AI models are probabilistic in nature and do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
• The algorithm may misinterpret words (hallucinations), miss a profanity (false negative), or censor a neutral word (false positive).
• The user is responsible for independently verifying the final file before public publication, broadcast, or commercial use.

Bleeper bears no responsibility for reputational, financial, or legal losses resulting from AI algorithm inaccuracies.

3. Third-Party Providers and Service Availability

Bleeper relies on integrations with third-party partners (including cloud infrastructure providers, Stripe payment processor, and authentication services). We are not responsible for delays, processing errors, or data loss resulting from outages, API access interruptions, or policy changes by these third parties.

4. Copyright and User Content

• The user declares that they hold full copyright or appropriate licenses for materials uploaded to Bleeper servers.
• Uploading illegal content, content promoting violence, child exploitation material (CSAM), or content violating the rights of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Bleeper does not claim any copyright to user files. We process them solely for the purpose of performing the requested censorship or transcription service.

5. Payments and Tokens

Billing is based on a subscription or prepaid (one-time top-up) model using tokens. Tokens consumed for correctly executed operations (including those where the AI attempted censorship but audio quality prevented a perfect result for technical reasons) are non-refundable. In case of a critical server error (status: Error), tokens are automatically refunded to the account.
